​The Weiser Community Church believes in a doctrinal plurality of leaders who share in teaching, preaching and shepherding the body of believers by EQUIPPING the saints for the work of the kingdom and the glory of Father. These leaders are organized into a Board of Elders who create a place of safe accountability for the pastors and all the ministry team leaders at Weiser Community Church.
The Elder Board is responsible for the executive leadership and ministry vision for the church.
